New to trash-to-curb service? Here's how it works, what's included, and how to get started.
We are a locally owned trash bin service in Norman, Oklahoma, serving Norman and Moore. On your pickup day we roll your trash and recycling bins out to the curb, and after the truck has been through we bring them back to the spot where you keep them. We also clean trash bins so they smell better and look better.
Yes, that is our main service. We come out on your regular pickup day and move the bins from wherever they live, whether that is the garage, behind a gate, or along the side of the house, out to the curb before the truck arrives. You do not need to be home for any of it.
Yes. Bin return is part of the service, not an add-on and not something you have to ask about. Once the truck has come through, we come back and return your bins to their usual spot with the lids closed, so they are not left sitting at the curb for the rest of the day or the weekend.
Yes. We clean trash bins and recycling bins, inside and out, to cut down on the built-up grime and the odor that comes with it. You can book cleaning as a one-time refresh or have us repeat it on a schedule. Many customers add it to weekly curb service, especially through the summer.
We serve Norman and Moore, Oklahoma. Our routes cover neighborhoods across both cities, from established streets to newer additions, plus student rentals and family homes. Absolutely, and it is one of the most common reasons people call. A full bin is heavy and a sloped or icy driveway is not worth the risk. We handle the whole trip so nobody at the house has to lift or pull anything. Family members often set the service up for a parent or grandparent.

You can set up several properties under one account, pause an address while it sits vacant, and add a bin cleaning at turnover so the next tenant starts fresh.
Our hours are Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 5 PM. That is when we run service and when you can reach a real person on the phone or by email. If you call outside those hours, leave a message or send the form and we will get back to you on the next working day.

Let us know and we will move your service to match the new day. Holiday weeks and bad weather are the usual reasons pickup shifts. One thing to be clear about: we do not set the schedule and we do not coordinate with the city or your hauler, so we cannot promise when the truck arrives.
No. As long as we can reach your bins, you can be at work, asleep, or out of town. Just tell us at signup where the bins are kept and about anything in the way, such as a gate code, a latch that sticks, or a dog in the yard, and we will work around it.
