How Scheduling Works
We work Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 5 PM. When you sign up, tell us your trash pickup day. We build your service around that day, week after week, so it becomes something you stop noticing.
Signing up takes a few minutes. Call (405) 203-0212 or fill out the short form with your address and pickup day. We will confirm the details with you, agree on a start date, and then get to work.
What We Need From You
Very little, and only once. We need to know where the bins live: the side of the house, behind a fence, in the garage, or at the end of a shared drive. If there is a gate code, a latch that sticks, or a dog in the back yard, tell us at signup and we will make a note of it on your account.
After that, you do not need to do anything on trash day. You do not need to be home, and you do not need to text us a reminder.
If Your Pickup Day Changes
Pickup days move sometimes, especially around holidays or after bad weather. Let us know and we will shift your service to match the new day. A phone call or an email is enough, and we will confirm the change back to you so nothing gets lost.
One honest note: we do not set the pickup schedule and we do not coordinate with the city or your hauler. We follow the day you tell us, and we cannot promise anything about when the truck actually rolls through your street.
