Rental Property Trash Bin Service in Norman, OK

We keep bins handled at your rentals: out before pickup, back after, and cleaned at turnover so the property always looks cared for.

Bins Handled, Properties Looking Cared For

Tenants move, schedules change, and bins end up sitting at the curb for days, or never make it out at all. From the street that reads as a property nobody is looking after, and it is usually the first thing a neighbor complains about.

Around the Bin LLC keeps the bins consistent at your rentals whether the house is occupied, between tenants, or sitting empty for a few weeks. We bring them out before pickup and take them back after, on the same day every week.

Add a cleaning at turnover and the next tenant starts with a bin that does not smell like the last one. It is a small detail that shows up in how a property is treated.

  • Bins out before pickup and back after at every property
  • Better curb appeal without relying on the tenant

Who This Is For

Owners of a single rental house who live elsewhere and would rather not be the one asking a tenant about trash day. Owners with several properties around Norman and Moore who want the same standard at each one. Property managers who need the curb to look right without adding another item to a weekly checklist.

It is also useful near campus, where houses turn over on a tight calendar and bins are the last thing anybody thinks about during a move.

What's Included

At each property we take the trash bin, and the recycling bin if there is one, out to the curb before pickup, then return them to their usual spot once the truck has been through. Same day each week, no involvement needed from the tenant.

Bin cleaning is available separately and is most often booked between tenants, when the house is empty and the bins can be dealt with properly before anyone moves in.

  • Weekly bins out and bins back at each address
  • Recycling handled along with trash
  • Cleaning scheduled at turnover
  • Properties paused while vacant, restarted on move-in

How Scheduling Works

We work Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 5 PM. For each property we need the address and the pickup day for that street, since they are not always the same across town. We then run a weekly visit per property.

The simplest way to start is a phone call to (405) 203-0212 with your list. We will confirm each address, agree on start dates, and set up one account that covers all of them.

What We Need From You

Per property: where the bins are kept, any gate code or access note, and whether there is a dog. If a tenant needs to be told we are coming, let us know and you can handle that message however you prefer.

Also tell us how you want vacancies handled, so we know whether to keep running or pause when a house empties out.

If a Pickup Day Changes

Different streets have different pickup days, and holidays move them around. Tell us which property is affected and what the new day is, and we will adjust that address without touching the others.

We do not coordinate with the city or the hauler and cannot promise pickup times. We follow the day you give us for each property.

What Does It Cost?

Rental pricing depends on how many properties you have, the bins at each one, and how often we come. Call (405) 203-0212 or request a quote with your list of addresses and we will price it all at once.

Questions

Good to Know

Yes. Call (405) 203-0212 with the addresses and each property's pickup day and we will set them up together under one account. One contact, one conversation, one bill, however many houses you have on the list.

Usually not. We need to be able to reach the bins and to know any gate code or access detail. Many owners let the tenant know we will be coming so nobody is surprised, but nothing is required of them.

Yes. Bins go out before pickup and come back to their spot afterward. That second trip is what keeps a rental from having bins parked at the curb for three days, which is what neighbors notice first.

Yes, and turnover is the most popular time for it. Give us the date the property is empty and we will schedule a cleaning so the next tenant is not inheriting somebody else's smell.

Tell us and we will pause that address, then start it again when the new tenant moves in. You are not paying for visits to an empty house, and you are not restarting from scratch either.

It depends on the address, the number of bins, and how many properties you are setting up. Call or request a quote and we will price the whole list at once so you can see it clearly before committing.
