When you request service we may collect your name, phone number, email address, service address, trash pickup day, number of bins, access notes, and any details you choose to share in the notes field. Signup requests are stored in our customer management system so we can follow up with you and keep track of your service.
How We Use It
We use your information to contact you about your request, schedule and provide service, send service updates and reminders, and handle billing. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
Text Messages
If you opt in to text messages, we send only the types of messages you consented to. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance and reply STOP to opt out at any time. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Sharing
We may share information with service providers who help us operate the business, such as scheduling, payment, or messaging providers, and when required by law. This never includes text messaging opt-in data or consent.
